Welcome to visit us!How long have you been involved in this market?We have been engaged in this industry for more than 20 years.Will you offer samples?Yes, we offer samples on most occasions, usually with the cost of samples and postage/courier charge/shipping cost to be taken by the customer.What is your minimum order size?The trial sample order has no minimum limitation. Minimum order size is just only applicable to repeat orders. If a mixed order, the minimum order size is valued at USD2,000 based on EX WORKSHow long lead time do you need for an order?1. It depends on order size, normally 5-40 days after receipt of full payment or deposit or the irrevocable L/C.2. Also taken into consideration are three main annual breaks here. 1st break: 10-day-long Chinese Spring Festival in Jan/Feb; 2nd break: 3-day-long May Day Holiday from May 1st until 3rd; 3rd break: 7-day-long Chinese National Day from Oct. 1st until 7th.What payment terms do you accept?We are very sorry, any credit cards are not acceptable to us. On most occasions, we accept payments as follows:1. By 100% T/T in advance.2. At least 30% deposit by T/T, the balance 70% T/T before shipment. (in case the order value is no less than 20,000)3.L/C (only in case the order value is no less than USD30,000)4. At least 30% deposit by T/T, the balance 70% by irrevocable confirmed L/C at sight.How do you ship cargo?1. Almost all products are delivered from Shanghai ports that are close to our manufacturing bases. Most of the deliveries are made by sea. Cargo can also be shipped by air or express (FEDEX, DHL, UPS), in case air freight is economical and acceptable to our customers.2. Shipments can be FOB in any China Ports or can be CFR or CIF in any main port in the world, as long as ships/airlines go there.Do you accept OEM orders? Can you put our logo/trademark on your products and packages?Generally, we can provide our own brand YOUTIAN with neutral packing. If you want us to put your logo or trademark on products and packages, you must meet our OEM minimum order quantity requirements which are subject to negotiation together. And a reasonable charge should occur if you need us to print any labels or logos for you. After getting the written authorization from you, we can make the logo/trademark as per your design and instructions.In case products are packed in wooden cases/crates, do you fumigate before shipment?Yes, each lot is fumigated before shipment and we can issue a certificate evidencing this procedure. Should you need an official fumigation certificate issued by a competent authority, we can act accordingly. The extra charge will be for your account.What is your policy for claims?Claims if any, concerning the goods shipped shall be filed within 30 days after arrival at the destination, supported by an inspection report issued by the competent authority.
