According to the spirit of the document "Several Measures to Accelerate the Development of Specialized, Refined, and New Small and Medium sized Enterprises" (Ning Zheng Ban Fa [2021] No. 61), in order to encourage enterprises to increase research and development investment, focus on core technologies, deeply cultivate sub fields, continue to produce high-quality patents, and promote the high-quality development of specialized, refined, and new enterprises, the Nanjing Intellectual Property Office has organized the first batch of intellectual property intensive product application and evaluation work. This selection work is only aimed at a total of 570 specialized, refined, and new enterprises recognized by the state and province, as well as municipal specialized, refined, and new selected and cultivation enterprises. Youtian's "metal hafnium" product has been awarded this recognition.

The recognition of intellectual property intensive products is a new measure taken by Nanjing City to support the high-quality development of "specialized, refined, and innovative" enterprises nationwide. The first batch of recognition includes a total of 36 products, covering more than 20 fields such as new materials, non-ferrous metals, biopharmaceuticals, high-performance medical devices, and aerospace equipment.
